At illusuiion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Period

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all original tags attached. Products must be returned in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return
  3. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached
  5. Ship the item back to us using the prepaid shipping label we provide (for eligible returns)

Return Shipping

For returns due to our error (wrong item, defective product, damaged in transit), we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you. For other returns, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund or you may be responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. We will process an exchange if the desired item is in stock. If the item is not available, we will issue a refund and you may place a new order for a different product.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement once we receive the item. In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if you choose to keep the item.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct item to you at no additional cost. If the correct item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the expected processing time, please:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted
  4. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at illusuiion@gmail.com

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs or duty fees. We recommend purchasing return shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at illusuiion@gmail.com.

Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used towards future purchases on our website and does not expire. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.
